Home The home page contains important information about your email account. 1-Mailbox Summary This provides information of your storage capacity, at a glance look at your folders, the number of messages, and your account status. From this page you can easily navigate to your Folders by clicking on the desired folder or using our drop down navigation menu. You can also find important announcements on this page. 2-Inbox This is the default folder for all arriving emails. Inbox Folder 1- Selecting a Message Hover your mouse over the desired message and left click on your mouse. 2- Reading Message 3- Opening message from within Inbox Double-click on the desired message Body of a Message From – Contains the name and email address of the sender To – Contains the name and email address(es) of the recipient(s) Received-On – Time and date it was received. Your preferences determine the time and date. Subject – Entered by the sender to advise the recipient of the topic of the email. More/Less function – Selecting "More" will display header and detailed message part information. Select "Less" to hide this information. Attachments– Documents which the recipient has attached to the message 1-To View/Open the Attachment Double-click on the desired document A new browser will open displaying the document 2-To Save the Attachment Select the Save link next to the attachment name. External Images– External messages might be hidden and appear as a broken image. A yellow Info banner will display at the top of the Inbox when these are within the body of your message. Click on the Load External Images to view these images. Selecting Multiple Messages 1- Select specific messages Select the first message and hold the Ctrl key (do not release the Ctrl key). For a Mac use the Command (Apple) key. Select the next message(s) Release the Ctrl key once you are done selecting all desired messages 2- Select contiguous messages Select the first message and hold the Shift key (do not release the Shift key) Using your mouse select the last message or use the arrow down or up key Release the Shift key Navigating Through Messages 1-From within Inbox Select the desired message 2-From within Message (Reading Pane hidden) Using the navigational arrows in the upper right hand corner of your message: Select the Left arrow to navigate to the previous message Select the Right arrow to navigate to the next message The current message number out of the total messages in your folder is displayed Replying to a Message This action is available when a single message is selected Select the desired message Select Reply from the menu Replying to All for a Message This action is available when a single message is selected Select the desired message Select Reply All from the menu Forwarding a Message Select the desired message(s) Select Forward from the menu Printing a Message This action is available when a single message is selected. Also if you are using a pop-up blocker, we recommend you always allow pop-up from our site for optimal performance. 1- Printing the message Select the desired message Select Print from the menu A new browser will open, select Print 2- To close/cancel printing Select Close Window or close the browser Deleting a Message Select the desired message(s) Select "Delete" from the menu Reporting a Message As Spam Select the desired message(s) Select "Spam" from the menu Moving a Message Select the desired message(s) Select "Move" from the menu Select the desired folder Checking Other POP Email Accounts You may retrieve messages from other email accounts in Web Mail. To access this feature select Options > Check External Mail. Select Check Select the desired account Or Check all to check all POP email accounts |

1-Flagging a message for Follow-up Select the desired message(s) Select Flag for Follow-up 2- Clearing a Flag Select the desired message(s) Select Clear Flag 3-Marking a message as Read Select the desired message(s) Select Mark as Read 4-Marking a message as Unread Select the desired message(s) Select Mark as Unread 5-Viewing the Message Source This feature is not available for Publisher Mail accounts and is available when a single message is selected. Select the desired message Select View Message Source 6-Saving a message to your computer This feature is available when a single message is selected Select the desired message Select Save to Computer 7-Adding a Contact to your Address Book This feature is available when a single message is selected Select the desired message Select Add Contact 8-Approving Sender(s) You can view your approved sender list under Options > SpamShield Pro. Select the desired message(s) Select Approve Sender 9-Reporting messages as Spam This will automatically report the message(s) as Spam Select the desired message(s) Select Report Spam Please note: The Report Spam may contain an action such as Report Spam & Delete or Report Spam & Move to Trash. These actions depend on your SpamShield Pro or Control Center settings. 10-Showing/Hiding Reading Pane Select Show Reading Pane to view the message of a selected email without double-clicking on the email message Select Hide Reading Pane to hide the body of email messages from within the folder |

Sorting Your Emails You may sort your emails using the From, Subject, Received, and Size Columns. To sort your emails Select the desired column Single click on the column Note: Emails are automatically sorted in descending order. To sort in ascending order click on the desired column again Customizing Features 1-Changing the Forwarding Mode This will change the method emails are forwarded Choosing Forwarding as an attachment Select Options Select Preferences Under Forwarding Mode, select the radio button next to Attachment Please note: Web Mail will always forward messages as an attachment if multiple messages are selected. 2-Choosing Inline Forwarding Select Options Select Preferences Under Forwarding Mode, select the radio button next to Inline Please remember to save your changes by selecting the Save button 3-Changing the Default RTE Font In the Rich Text Editor, you can choose a default font and size Chosing a default Rich Text Font Select Options Select Preferences Under Default RTE Font, select the font type and size from the menu. Please remember to save your changes by selecting the Save button. 4-Resizing You may change the width of the From, Subject, Received, Size, Columns, and Pane. To change the size of these columns hover your mouse over the column edge until a double head arrow is displayed. Holding down the left button of the mouse, drag the mouse left to decrease and right to increase the width of the column. To change the size of the Pane hover your mouse over the middle edge of the pane until a double head arrow is displayed. Holding down the left button of the mouse, drag the mouse up to increase and down to decrease the pane size. |
